Covered pre-1978 paint-disturbing work can require EPA lead renovation practices and qualified firms. Suspected asbestos calls for appropriate professional assessment before disturbance. Photos cannot reliably identify it.

Record layout changes before installation. Obtain approval for added scope and its effect on access, finishes or scheduling. At closeout, request the final circuit information and retained-system boundaries.
