Submitting the form on this site starts a conversation. It does not create a binding agreement, does not schedule work and does not commit either of us to a price. Any work we carry out is governed by the written estimate and service agreement you receive and approve separately.

Information on This Site Is General

The electrical guidance published here, including the symptom lists and answers to common questions, is general information for Florida homeowners. It is not an inspection, a diagnosis or advice about your specific property, and electrical systems differ enough that no article can substitute for a licensed technician looking at yours. Do not rely on this site to decide whether something in your home is safe.

Do Not Attempt Electrical Work Yourself

Nothing on this site is an instruction to perform electrical work. Working on live circuits, panels or service equipment without the right license, training and equipment risks serious injury, death and fire, and it can void your insurance. Permitting and Jurisdictions

Where this site names the office that issues permits for a given city, that reflects our understanding at the time of writing and is provided as general orientation. Jurisdictions, boundaries and requirements change. We confirm the correct authority against your specific address before filing anything.

Licensing and Service Area

We are licensed to perform electrical work in Florida under license #EC13016024. We serve Tampa, St. Petersburg, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, The Villages and other listed Florida communities. Availability outside that area is not guaranteed.
