  • Burning smell or smoke from an outlet, switch or panel

Real People. Around the Clock.

A Human on the Phone. Help Beyond Business Hours.

Call us any time to speak with a real person, not an AI answering agent. We answer 24/7, book appointments around the clock, and provide emergency service at night, on weekends, and on holidays.

Late nights and holidays included

We’re happy to come to your home after hours when you need us. Tell our team what is happening and where you are; we’ll confirm availability and arrange the next step.

A four-hour arrival window

We book a four-hour window for our technician’s arrival. This is an arrival window, not the expected duration of the work. Our office confirms the window and your appointment details with you.

When Does the After-Hours Fee Apply?

The fee is based on the time your appointment is booked—not simply the time you first contact us or the technician’s arrival time. All times below are local Eastern Time.

Daytime booking

6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Book during this window to avoid the after-hours booking fee. Diagnostic and repair charges still apply when those services are approved.

After-hours booking

4 p.m. to 6 a.m.

An after-hours fee applies to appointments booked during this window. Our team explains the amount and any other applicable charges before you approve service.

Why is there an after-hours fee?

True 24/7 service means keeping office staff, managers, and electricians or technicians on call outside normal business hours. The fee supports the people and coverage needed to help homeowners at night and respond to electrical emergencies.

If it can safely wait, book during the day

For a non-emergency, call and book after 6 a.m. and before 4 p.m. to avoid the after-hours fee. Calling at night and booking a daytime visit still incurs the fee because the appointment was booked after hours.

Do not delay getting help for an emergency just to avoid a fee. For fire, smoke, or immediate danger, call 911 first.

Availability & arrival windows

We protect the quality of the work—even when the day changes.

Homeowners choose Mister Safety because they want careful electrical work, clear options and a team that takes responsibility for the result. Our schedule can fill quickly, and we accept only the work we believe we can serve responsibly.

01

What 24/7 means

You can call us at any hour when an electrical emergency cannot wait. We will assess the situation, explain immediate safety steps and work to arrange service. It does not mean a technician is guaranteed to be immediately available for every call.

02

Your window is an estimate

Our four-hour arrival windows help us plan a realistic day, but they are estimated windows rather than guaranteed appointment times. We aim to arrive within the window and communicate when a material delay changes the plan.

03

Why a schedule can move

An emergency, traffic, a team callout or a job that requires more time than expected can affect the appointments that follow. An electrician should not rush away from a dangerous or incomplete condition simply to protect the clock.

What you can expect from us

Thorough service, honest communication and a clear path forward.

We focus on peace of mind: understanding the root cause where diagnosis is needed, presenting practical options and completing approved work with quality, safety and code compliance in mind. That standard may not produce the lowest price or the fastest possible visit. It is the standard we want attached to our name.

If timing changes, our office will work with you on the next responsible step. When needed, you also have a clear path back to our office and management team.
