Ask what is being retained, what is being replaced and which findings could change the recommendation. The team should connect its recommendation to observed condition, listed compatibility, the assessed load and the intended use.
Identify the interior, enclosure, protective devices and relevant upstream supply. Similar appearance is not a compatibility check.

A preferred evening or weekend window is useful information, but it is not a confirmed outage duration. Identify affected tenants, refrigeration, payment systems, IT equipment and other operations that need their own shutdown and restart arrangements. These are planning examples, not a claim that every system is included in electrical service.
Ask who handles access, notifications, utility coordination when needed, equipment shutdown and restart, and final handover. Work on or near exposed electrical parts requires the applicable safe work practices; normal business inconvenience does not itself establish that energized work is appropriate.

The price depends on the approved work: equipment configuration, circuit changes, access, documentation, permit needs and any upstream or utility work. Lead times and shutdown dependencies must be confirmed for the actual project. A national panel-replacement price range would conceal those differences.
The highest-quality recommendation should explain why the proposed work fits this property. Ask how the team weighed retaining suitable equipment, correcting a defined issue, replacing the panelboard and planning for future loads. A product label or a larger ampere number is not a complete recommendation.

Your panelboard is a distribution point: it sends electricity to separate circuits in the business. “Load center” is one name used for a kind of panelboard, so the two words do not describe completely unrelated equipment.
A larger box can offer more places for circuits, but it does not automatically give the building more power. Your team needs to understand the existing supply and what the business will actually run. The breaker type, electrical ratings and equipment condition matter together.
A good plan also considers the people using the building. Before scheduling, agree on access, affected operations, approvals and the responsibilities for getting equipment running again.
